Quality Assurance
Fajuod stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our aromatherapy diffusers. This Limited Warranty applies to all Fajuod diffuser models purchased from authorized sellers in the United States and utilized for normal household use.

Warranty Period

  • Coverage: 1 year from the original date of purchase.
  • Verification: A valid order number or sales receipt is required for all warranty claims.

What Is Covered
If your Fajuod product has a defect in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Fajuod will, at its option:

  • Repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or
  • Replace the product with a new or equivalent model.

How to Obtain Service

  1. Contact Support: Email support@fajuod.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Service Process: If authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the defective unit.
  3. Shipping: Fajuod will cover standard return shipping costs for valid warranty claims. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to our service center for non-covered or out-of-warranty issues.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper Usage: Misuse, abuse, accidents, or failure to follow the maintenance instructions in the manual.
  • Improper Maintenance: Water damage due to improper filling/cleaning (e.g., immersing the unit in water) or the use of unauthorized essential oils or cleaning solutions.
  • Electrical Issues: Damage caused by power surges, electrical faults, or improper voltage.
  • Normal Wear & Tear: Including scale buildup or cosmetic damage.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: Any modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than Fajuod-authorized personnel.
  • Commercial Use: Any use outside of standard household application.

Limitation of Liability
Fajuod shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product. This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original verified purchaser.
