Shipping policy

Currently, Fajuod products can be delivered to the United States. For other regions, please contact customer service for details.

Generally, parcels shipped to the US will arrive within 2–7 business days after we process your order. It normally takes 1–3 business days for us to prepare your products. Please be patient if you have not received a shipping confirmation yet. If there is any issue with your parcel, we will notify you within 5 business days.

Please allow a few extra days of delay during holidays or promotional periods.

For other countries, shipping time depends on the distance between our warehouse and your address. Generally, delivery takes 10–30 business days.

You may cancel your order before we ship it out.

Although we use all reasonable efforts to ensure on‑time delivery, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to notify you of any unexpected delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Your shipping confirmation email will include your tracking number and order details.

Depending on the destination country, you may be required to pay additional taxes or fees, including VAT and/or import duties.

If you are not satisfied with your Fajuod purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for return (excluding sample products), items must be new, unused, and in resalable condition.

Refunds will be processed after Fajuod receives and inspects the returned items. Once we receive and confirm your return package, we will issue your refund. Please note that it may take 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank. If your original payment method was a credit card, processing may take longer — usually 1–2 weeks.

Shipping charges are non‑refundable. Taxes and any other fees paid by the customer are non‑refundable.
